How to Use

Dilution

Heavily soiled areas: Apply directly to soiled area, scrub or scrape and wipe off.
Heavy soils: - 1/10 to 1/5 (12 - 25 oz. per gallon of water).
Medium soils: - 1/32 to 1/20 (4 - 6 oz. per gallon of water).
Light soils: - 1/128 to 1/64 (1 - 2 oz. per gallon of water).
Glass and Plexiglas® – 1/128 (1 oz per gallon)

General Use

Please review all label instructions before using this product. This formula contains oxidizing and high-strength cleaning agents. Always test on a small, hidden area prior to full application to ensure compatibility.

 

Pressure Washing Applications

Myster Bright™ is suitable for use in pressure washing systems for exterior and heavy-duty cleaning.

Soft Wash & Downstream Application

  • Dilute product according to recommended ratios for light to medium soils.

  • Apply using downstream injector, soft wash system, or pump sprayer.

  • Allow solution to dwell for 3–5 minutes.

  • Do not allow product to dry on surface.

  • Rinse thoroughly with clean water.

Pre-Treatment for Heavy Soiling

  • Apply diluted solution to heavily soiled areas prior to pressure washing.

  • Allow to penetrate surface buildup.

  • Agitate lightly if needed.

  • Rinse using appropriate pressure settings.

Surface Compatibility

Suitable for use on:

  • Concrete and masonry

  • Tile and grout

  • Vinyl and composite surfaces

  • Painted and sealed surfaces

  • Exterior building materials

Always test in an inconspicuous area prior to full application.

Spray & Wipe Cleaning

  • Mix product in a spray bottle or container according to the recommended dilution ratios.

  • Apply solution directly to the surface or onto a clean cloth or sponge.

  • Wipe thoroughly until the area is clean.

For heavy buildup, mildew, or stubborn residue:

  • Saturate the affected area and allow the solution to remain for approximately 5 minutes.

  • Lightly scrub if needed, then wipe clean.

For carpet and upholstery:

  • Apply solution to the soiled area.

  • Blot with a clean, dry towel.

  • Rinse lightly with water after treatment.

For glass and Plexiglas:

  • Use recommended dilution.

  • Spray onto surface or cloth and wipe until streak-free.

 

Mop & Bucket Floor Cleaning

  • Sweep or dust mop floors before washing.

  • Remove debris, gum, or loose contaminants.

  • Prepare cleaning solution in a bucket using proper dilution.

  • Apply with a clean mop.

  • Wring mop thoroughly and collect excess liquid.

Rinsing is not required. For enhanced gloss, buff lightly using a white polishing pad. Replace solution when it becomes visibly dirty.

 

Automatic Floor Scrubbing

  • Remove loose debris prior to scrubbing.

  • Clear floor of gum and foreign materials.

  • Add diluted solution to the automatic scrubber tank.

  • Operate equipment as directed and recover excess liquid.

Rinsing is unnecessary. For added shine, buff with a white pad after cleaning.

 

Carpet Extraction Cleaning

  • Test carpet fibers in an unseen area for color stability using diluted solution and a white cloth.

  • Proceed only if no dye transfer occurs.

Preparation:

  • Remove furniture when possible.

  • Vacuum thoroughly before cleaning.

Cleaning:

  • Use diluted solution as a pre-treatment for stains and heavily soiled areas if needed.

  • Add product to extractor tank per dilution guidelines.

  • Clean entire carpet surface without oversaturating.

After Cleaning:

  • Restore carpet fibers using a pile brush or rake.

  • Allow carpet to dry completely before foot traffic.
